We are proud to offer our 30-day No Questions Asked return policy. Please see below for details about returns.



Is there a time frame for returns?

Yes. Any unused product may be returned within 30 days of purchase.



Do I need to return the product in its packaging?

Yes. Please return your item to us in the original packaging that it arrived in.



Do I need to include anything else in the package?

Yes. Please include a copy of the packing slip or your order number.



What do I do if I don't have my packing slip?

You can obtain a return merchandise authorization number by calling us directly (888-88-INFLATE) or emailing us here.



Do you reimburse my shipping costs?

Yes. Inflate & Create does reimburse your shipping costs for warranty issue returns. However, if the product has no defects or you've simply changed your mind on your purchase, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item.



How long are product warranties valid?

Our line of inflators and our Arch and/or Column Kits come with a one-year warranty from date of purchase.



What do I do if I have a defective part?

If your product came with a defective, damaged, or missing part, Inflate & Create will replace that part at no cost to you.



How will I be refunded?

If you purchased your item with a credit card, Inflate & Create will post the refund amount to your card. Please allow 7-14 business days for this transaction to post. If you purchased with a check, Inflate & Create will issue you a check for the refund amount via the mail. Please provide your mailing address if it differs from the order shipping address.
